2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept secure online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
     

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

  • We offer standard shipping across India. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days.

  • Express delivery options may be available at additional cost.
     

5. Returns & Exchanges

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations will not be accepted.

Policy

We hope you love what you order! However, if something doesn't fit right, here’s our policy:

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Size issues (for selected categories)

  • Incorrect item received
     

Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Washed or used products

Exchange Process:

  • Email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Shipping charges for return pickup (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
     

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are provided.
